I have learned so much this semester! I think as a writer I have learned to be more patient with my self. That i should just write and revise instead of waiting for the perfect story line to come to me and the perfect words to appear in my head because lets face it, it doesn't happen. I love the new way of thinking this class has given me. The way my teacher uses words so fluidly is inspiring. I enjoyed all the exercises we did to open up and all the people in class I have met. We might have not been the loudest, funniest or coolest class but it was fun. I have also enjoyed the simple smiles of recognition i receive from my teacher and classmates in the hallways or around the school. Again, as a writer I think my strength is description, i personally think its the most amusing to write and i would say i'm pretty good at it due to my slight obsession with details.I've learned to be more aware of the perspective of others which will help with writing and interacting with people in general. I am thankful for all I have learned this semester.
